Refund policy

At Chocohugs, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order in accordance with the policy below. 

14-Day Returns 

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. 
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. 

How to Return Your Order 
1. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return postage. 
2. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as you will need to provide the tracking number for the returned parcel. 
3. Chocohugs is not responsible for items lost during the return journey. 

Refunds 
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund. 
    1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. 
    2. Please allow 3–5 working days for the refunded amount to appear in your account after the refund has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
